The process evolved is such that each department/ activity is streamlined to perform this core function while ensuring that each department is a stake-holder in the overall output. While some activities like Manufacturing, Logistics, Quality Control and so on are at the core for value creation for our Clients, without the support activities like Finance, Procurement, IT and so on, it would be a difficult and tedious if not an impossible feat to achieve.
